Saturday Menu Du Jour is our weekly Gilt ritual, a seasonal three-course set menu inspired by some of Europe’s most celebrated regions, reimagined with the Gilt touch.

This month, we journey to Piedmont - home to Barolo, truffles, and the art of the long Italian lunch. Expect rich flavours, regional classics, and a menu designed to be lingered over, best enjoyed with a glass of something exceptional in hand.
